Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support, provide technical leadership, prioritize activities to support Operational WFM deviation analysis/ drive Operation execution through lot scheduling and dispatch performance with commendable problem-solving approach, effective communication, negotiation skills with HPB guiding principles.
- Accountable for yearly/ quarterly Mal CT90 target setting and monitoring for WFM KPIs, Operation SPEED stability by setting effective monitoring and analysis drill down to drive improvement with team.
- Periodical review with Production team to ensure robust WIP and CT stability to achieve WFM objectives and function.
- Responsible and constantly drive for Operational WFM optimization, stability and continuous improvement of Mal WIP Flow Management.
- Consistently build up WFM technical competencies to sustain and enhance implemented WFM systematic and framework.
- Focus on 4M Synchronization through WFM automation tools (Detailed Scheduling/SPOT/RTD) implementation/ sustainability. Work center loading balancing (WIP Level) and deploy WIP flow technical concept/ solution for improvements.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor degree in industrial engineering preferable.
- Skill in data analysis.
- Proficient in excel (macro) preferable.
- Production planning related experience.
- WIP flow management.
- IE related background (preferable).
