Senior Staff Engineer Maintenance Molding

Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and work on cost reductions.
• Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach.
• Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes.
• Supports production stabilization projects to achieve robust manufacturing.
• Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents.
• Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
• More than 5 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry, Expert in molding preferable.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
• Good understanding of TPM and Maintenance systematics.
• Possessed good analytical and problem solving skills.
