Staff Engineer Final Test

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for TTI FT TD Discrete Power KPI
• Responsible for project execution according to Infineon Test Roadmap
• Develop and qualify test solution for power discrete products for final test according to Test Technology milestone
• Develop qualification plan for test solution as well as qualify and implement new test solution into production according to standard business process (e.g. TT, TE)
• Monitoring performance and quality of new/existing test solutions to ensure all specification are met
• Documentation of standard test solution release document
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to test development engineer
• Drive improvement programs on existing test solutions and realization projects together with equipment and production team (e.g. test time, yield, GRnr, OEE)
• Support development of new test solution with division to achieve best test cost and efficiency
• Support evaluation of new test cells and test materials
• Contribution in technical & innovation aspect, such as technical paper and patent write-up
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to operation staff
• Member of the TTI FT Power Discrete Test responsible for sharing of experience in order to improve development of future test solution
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in semiconductor test development for power discrete, power IC, sensor, automotive, or industrial products
• Knowledge in analog & digital circuitry
• Foundation in semiconductor ATE test development environment
• Experience in power and automotive products
• Good knowledge of programming skill, e.g. VB, C/C++
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Knowledge in project management skill
• Knowledge in statistical data analysis
