We are looking for Service Delivery Engineer, who is responsible for providing Level 2 operational support for enterprise network, SD-WAN, server, virtualization, and cloud environments. The role focuses on incident management, technical troubleshooting, change implementation, security compliance, and service availability while ensuring customer SLA commitments are achieved

Make an Impact by

Provide Tier 2 operational support for enterprise networks, SD-WAN, servers, virtualisation, and cloud environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents involving routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, Windows, Linux, and VMware.
Implement approved network, system, software, patching, and maintenance changes in line with security and change-management procedures.
Monitor service availability, system health, capacity, and performance to meet customer SLAs and maintain reliable operations.
Conduct root-cause analysis, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and prepare incident reports and preventive actions.
Maintain technical documentation, support 24x7 operations when required, share knowledge, and mentor junior engineers.

Skills for Success

Graduate from Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related course
At least 3 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure
Strong capability in networking, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and SD-WAN.
Ability to administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, change implementation, and root-cause analysis skills in production or 24x7 environments.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with internal teams, customers, vendors, and junior engineers.
