- Responsible for test plan creation and execution, test case writing, and test report output
- Analyse software, hardware, or firmware requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints.
- Prepare and submit bug reports on progress and testing outcome.
- Make sure that quality issues and bugs are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.
- Perform manual testing - functional & non-functional testing
- Work closely with different teams for scoping/sizing after clarifying requirements and create strategy and technical design for quality delivery
- Working Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam, Selangor
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with manual testing methodologies, test case design, defect tracking, and bug reporting processes.
- Experience with bug and test case management tools, such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments would be an added advantage.
