Role Summary

The role of client relations maintains long-term, positive connections between a company and its clients and act as the main bridge of communication. The team also ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, handles inquiries, manages onboarding and resolves service issues. They work closely with inter-department teams to maintain mutually beneficial relationships with their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit invoice through invoice portal (ARIBA, COUPA, TAULIA and etc) for payment purpose
• Complete customer vendor form and related information document (Company Certificate, Certificate of Residence and etc) for company profile setup
• Work across department to fulfill customer and account receivable team request
• Cooperate with tax team and treasury team for Bank Letter and company tax related documents
• Notify collectors/finance team on the invoice payment status and remittance advice
• Handling of customer portal registration for client onboarding for invoice portal submissions & liaise with Legal, Sales or Compliance team for required information’s.
• Handling of signatories for customer documents
• Act as the main liaison for client communications via phone and email.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce and etc)
• Strong problem-solving, quick learner and cross-team collaboration abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Work hours 2pm -11pm
• Observe APAC Public Holidays however might require supporting on month-ends
  
  

This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations determined by location and subject to change based on evolving business needs.
