Summary

Performs end-to-end recruitment services for internal stakeholders. Recruits for open requisitions as assigned by direct manager. Collaborates with hiring manager and HRBP to attract and identify top talent to Celestica. Reviews applications, sources new candidates, screens candidates and negotiates offers.

Detailed Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage the complete Indirect recruitment lifecycle for various indirect requisitions, from initial job requisition is raise, to sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation and complete onboarding.

  • Build a strong talent pipeline and proactively source top passive candidates through various channels / sourcing tools, including cold calling, personal networking and social media.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers, offering guidance on best recruiting and interviewing practices, and proposing creative solutions for challenging requisitions.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communications, scheduling interviews, and conducting screenings.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a significant advantage.

  • Utilize computer applications such as Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to accurately perform tasks.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

  • Proven experience in sourcing technical roles, including IT and engineering are an added advantage.

  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for diverse business functions.

  • A clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process.

  • Ability to partner effectively with multiple hiring managers simultaneously.

  • Capable of working independently towards recruiting objectives with a sense of urgency.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and respect among business partners and hiring managers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in using sourcing tools, job boards and social media platforms.

  • Experience in planning and organizing Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives, such as walk-in interviews and career fair events.

Physical Demands

Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
Occasional travel may be required.

Typical Experience


4-7 years of recruiting or relative experience required.
