Strategic Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team and drive profitable growth within our Strategic Business Customers (SBC) segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt and secure new business opportunities within the Strategic Business Customers (SBC) segment.
• Drive volume and Gross Profit (GP) growth through customer acquisition and development.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Lead RFQs, proposals, quotations and solution presentations.
• Develop customer-focused logistics solutions using DHL's extensive service portfolio.
• Work closely with Product, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure customer success.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, transportation or supply chain industry.
• Proven track record in business development, customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.
• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer business needs and develop value-added solutions.
• Experience handling medium to large corporate accounts and RFQ processes is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
