Role summary :
- Responsible for bridging the gap between the technical aspects of the company's products and the marketing strategies to promote them in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
- Developing technical marketing content, collaborating with product development teams, and providing technical expertise to support sales and marketing efforts in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
- Effectively communicating the technical value propositions of the company’s products to customers and stakeholders in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to plan and execute product launches.
- Conduct technical training sessions for sales teams to enhance their understanding of the products.
- Analyze technical aspects of competing products and provide insights to the marketing and product development teams.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions using the company’s products.
- Provide feedback from customers and market analysis to influence product development and improvements.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and optimize technical content for online platforms, including the company website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Ensure that technical content is SEO-friendly and aligns with digital marketing strategies.
- Create and develop technical marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, product datasheets, technical presentations, and webinars.
- Ensure that all technical content accurately represents the product's features, benefits, and applications.
- Develop technical product collateral and training materials to support product introductions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during customer engagements.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers and industry events.
- Work closely with product development teams to understand product features, enhancements, and future developments.
- Represent the company as a technical expert at industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
- Contribute to industry publications and blogs to establish the company’s thought leadership in the market.
