Job Description:
- Plans and provide technical support to product performance to contract manufacturers, customers, sales, marketing and quality.
- Constantly monitor and improve on-going manufacturing product performance and NPI in terms of quality, yield and cost.
- Provide timely & accurate reporting on product performance metrics.
- Support on customers returns, analyze and provide solution to the problems.
- Demonstrate ability to analyze data, and use various problem solving methodology.
- Manage product document assembly and test specifications
