Job Description

  • Provide administrative support, including handling day-to-day tasks and assisting with documentation.
  • Support consultants and case workers with drafting emails, first-tier document reviews, and maintaining document security.
  • Facilitate logistics arrangements, including scanning, printing, and compiling documents for submission to authorities.
  • Manage the internal GES system and related tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor case statuses and liaise with authorities through calls or emails as needed.
  • Prepare billing request forms and assist in organizing and streamlining the billing process.
  • Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as required to support team operations.

Requirement

  • Duration of internship : Minimum 4 months or longer
  • Qualification : Bachelor of Degree (or equivalent) in Law, Human Resources or other related programme
  • Language : Proficient in English/Malay
