Our client is a private equity firm that partners with growing businesses to help them scale and increase their value. They provide expertise, resources, and strategic guidance to entrepreneurs looking to build sustainable and high-performing companies.

They are looking for a HubSpot Specialist to optimize their HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean, accurate, and well-structured data as they migrate to a new instance of HubSpot.

Need to have qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong understanding of cross-object relationships and association labels in HubSpot.
  • Expertise in setting up, customizing, and managing HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and dashboards.
  • Experience in data entry, CRM data migration, or data cleansing projects.
  • Proven ability to optimize HubSpot for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting HubSpot data to enhance campaign performance.
  • High attention to detail in handling large datasets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have qualifications:

  • Certification in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, or CRM platforms.
  • Experience working in an agency or managing multiple client accounts.
  • Skills in automation beyond HubSpot (e.g., Zapier or custom integrations).
  • Experience with data governance and CRM best practices to ensure long-term data accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a data cleanup project for 6,000+ records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Deploy and manage a new HubSpot architecture to optimize data structure and workflow efficiency.
  • Analyze performance data and develop reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Create and refine automated workflows, sales processes, and customer journeys within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align HubSpot strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices for HubSpot use.
  • Diagnose and resolve HubSpot-related issues, working with HubSpot support as needed.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and improve CRM efficiency.
