最終，您將幫助我們的會計部門順利運行，確保所有交易的透明度和效率。

職責

  • 建立和更新費用報告
  • 處理報銷表格。
  • 準備銀行存款
  • 將財務交易輸入內部資料庫
  • 檢查電子表格的準確性
  • 維護數位和實體財務記錄
  • 參與季度和年度審計


要求和技能

  • 會計助理或會計文員的工作經驗
  • 了解基本的簿記程序
  • 熟悉財務法規
  • 良好的數學技能和發現數字錯誤的能力
  • 具有使用 MS Excel 和會計軟體的實務經驗。
  • 組織能力
  • 處理敏感、機密資訊的能力
  • 會計、金融或相關領域的理學學士/文學學士學位。
