職責：

  • 管理日常財務交易，包括應付帳款和應收帳款、發票和總帳分錄。
  • 執行每月、每季和每年的結帳程序，包括帳戶對帳、調整日記帳分錄和財務報表編制。
  • 提供行政支援以確保高效的日常運作。
  • 維護準確且最新的財務記錄和文件。
  • 協助準備和監控服務報告、每月服務計劃、報價、協議和發票。
  • 透過提供準確的數據和報告來支援財務規劃和分析。
  • 確保遵守會計原則、標準和辦公室程序。
  • 與其他部門合作以簡化工作流程和溝通。
  • 執行文件管理、掃描和影印等一般管理任務。
  • 協助完成管理任務。
  • 謹慎處理敏感和機密資訊。
  • 根據需要執行額外的任務。


要求：

  • 至少擁有會計、金融、商業或相關領域的文憑或學位。
  • 最好擁有 2 年會計、審計或相關領域的相關經驗。
  • 具會計審計背景者優先。
  • 熟練使用Microsoft Office和會計軟體（SAP）。
  • 最好具備中文能力，因為這有利於與某些供應商和客戶聯絡。
  • 高度重視細節和組織能力。
  • 能夠獨立工作並同時管理多項任務。
  • 必須擁有自己的交通工具並願意在八打靈再也工作。
