Account Assistance

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account Assistant to support our accounting department with daily tasks and financial operations. The role includes maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, and assisting with monthly reconciliations. The Account Assistant will work closely with the finance team to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner. Additional duties include preparing financial reports, handling data entry, and responding to queries related to financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and data entry.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports

Requirements:

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Prior experience in an accounting role preferred.
