Job Responsibility

  • Manage and process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring proper coding and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues through effective problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounting matters.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Head of Account as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
  • Exhibit strong accounting knowledge, including understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiently perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage invoice processing efficiently, including verifying, coding, and entering invoices.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel effectively for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve accounting issues.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively to meet deadlines in Petaling Jaya.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.
