Job Responsibility

  • Handle daily accounting function of the account receivables including prepare invoices, credit notes and statement of accounts.
  • Handle payments from customers, including issue official receipt and perform bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in the credit control and collection of customersâ payment, including sending reminder.
  • Ensure all transactions are supported with proper approval and relevant supporting documents as well as recorded in the accounting system.
  • Maintain proper record keeping and organized filing system.
  • Assist in the audit and tax processes.
  • Any other ad hoc jobs as required by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM level
  • Proficient in Microsoft
  • Responsible & willing to learn
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
