Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounting department's daily operations, encompassing financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, stock management, profit & loss and monthly management report.
• Supervision of day-to-day accounting activities and to control, maintain and review overall accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen internal controls and enhance financial systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Finance / Accountancy or related field.
• Over 3 years in a managerial role overseeing a team.
• More than 5 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting.
• Profound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
