Account Assitant

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with reviewing expenses and other financial duties.
• Support senior accountants with monthly/yearly closings and projects.
• Provide essential accounting and clerical support.
• Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Enter key financial data daily into our database.

Your Daily Tasks:

• Daily Financial Reporting: Update and maintain the latest financial statements and transaction records every day to ensure all data is current and accurate.
• Database Management: Regularly update the financial data in our database, ensuring that all entries are precise and comprehensive.
• Assist Senior Accountants: Support senior accountants in preparing monthly and annual financial closings and other accounting projects to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Clerical and Administrative Support: Provide essential clerical support to the accounting department, including documentation, filing, and data entry, to help maintain organised records.
• AutoCount Software Utilization: Utilize AutoCount Software for various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of financial data and processes.

• 熟练使用AutoCount软件处理各种会计任务，确保财务数据和流程的准确高效。
