Job Overview
As a rapidly expanding retail brand in major cities, we are committed to enhancing our brand presence and communication. To achieve this, we are looking for a talented Creative Content Specialist with dual language proficiency (Mandarin-English) to join our dynamic team.

The Role

As a Creative Content Specialist, you will need:

• Content Creation: Participate in creating, shooting, and editing engaging video and photo content, infusing creativity and originality.
• On-Camera Presence: Be willing to show face in part of the video content, becoming an integral part of the team.
• Influencer Management: Handle collaborations with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to boost brand visibility.
• Trend Monitoring: Keep an eye on social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of content, providing feedback to enhance user engagement, increase followers, and boost interaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
  

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a content creation or digital marketing role would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
• Ability to create engaging and stylistic content for both online and offline platforms.
• Experience in handling influencers, KOLs, and KOCs, and managing collaborations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
  

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.15pm)
