- Process admin payments, prepare journal vouchers and post to the system for line manager’s approval.
- Maintains an accurate financial records in the accounting system.
- Prepares periodic and any ad hoc reports for the supervisor checking before submission.
- Prepares monthly Bank’s accounts reconciliation.
- Handles office admin matters such as ordering of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment (obtaining quotes, liaising with vendors etc.), renew insurance, staff travelling & hotel booking etc.
