  • Process admin payments, prepare journal vouchers and post to the system for line manager’s approval.
  • Maintains an accurate financial records in the accounting system.
  • Prepares periodic and any ad hoc reports for the supervisor checking before submission.
  • Prepares monthly Bank’s accounts reconciliation.
  • Handles office admin matters such as ordering of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment (obtaining quotes, liaising with vendors etc.), renew insurance, staff travelling & hotel booking etc.
