Job Responsibility
- Reconcile variety of accounting documents such as invoices, employee claims, cash receipts, customer statements and journal vouchers.
- Provide support in general administration & financial functions such as stock take, commission schedule, Aging report etc.
- Manage day to day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables functions.
- Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
- Personal assistance to Director.
- Candidate possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy/Finance.
- Minimum 1 years' working experience in Accounting field. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate, knowledge of AUTOCOUNT system will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills with internal & external entity.
- Willing to be multi-tasking and traveling.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision, pleasant personality, independently as well as a team.
- 5 working day.
