RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform administrative activities e.g report generation to support sales department ·
  • Develop and manage customer relationships and order enquires
  • Ensure sales orders are processed and delivered on time
  • Issue delivery orders and billing invoices and other customer related documents that facilitate a smooth sales order
  • Coordinate with internal departments on customers’ request
  • Responsible for ensuring SOP

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary SPM /Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
