Job Description
- Handle full set of account & taxation (Multi-tasks)
- Responsible for daily, monthly & yearly routine of accounting operation.AP / AR / Cash Flow Management / Invoicing / Customer Aging/ Payment Collection / Process payment / Salemans Claims / Petty Cash / Payroll )
- To handle and review the accounting system, maintenance of financial and accounting records.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented, authorized and recorded.
- Handle all matters related to all statutory bodies (SSM / LHDN / EPF / SOCSO / EIS)
- Update monthly bank reconciliation.
- To ensure proper filing of accounts documentations and supporting documents.
- Prepare of monthly financial & staff related analysis & report to management.
- Receiving incoming calls, emails, queries and route correspondence appropriately
- To take responsibilities for general administrative duties & HR support
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI/Diploma/Advanced / Higher/Graduate in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2-10 years of working experience in similar capacity and related field.
- Computer literate and knowledge on Microsoft Office(Excel & Word).
- Knowledge in accounting software (Autocount).
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Responsible, Independent, Willing to learn.
- Multi - tasking required
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Preference will be given to candidate who can start work immediately or with short notice.
