Job Description


  • Handle full set of account & taxation (Multi-tasks)
  • Responsible for daily, monthly & yearly routine of accounting operation.AP / AR / Cash Flow Management / Invoicing / Customer Aging/ Payment Collection / Process payment / Salemans Claims / Petty Cash / Payroll )
  • To handle and review the accounting system, maintenance of financial and accounting records.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented, authorized and recorded.
  • Handle all matters related to all statutory bodies (SSM / LHDN / EPF / SOCSO / EIS)
  • Update monthly bank reconciliation.
  • To ensure proper filing of accounts documentations and supporting documents.
  • Prepare of monthly financial & staff related analysis & report to management.
  • Receiving incoming calls, emails, queries and route correspondence appropriately
  • To take responsibilities for general administrative duties & HR support
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.


Requirements:


  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI/Diploma/Advanced / Higher/Graduate in Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2-10 years of working experience in similar capacity and related field.
  • Computer literate and knowledge on Microsoft Office(Excel & Word).
  • Knowledge in accounting software (Autocount).
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Responsible, Independent, Willing to learn.
  • Multi - tasking required
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Preference will be given to candidate who can start work immediately or with short notice.
