Key Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Mature, diligent and conscientious in meeting deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, data entry and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in mandarin can be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare full set accounts and assist in analysis and reconciliation of accounts.
- Monitor and manage company treasury functions and banking facilities.
- Assist in preparation of monthly and yearly reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Assist in audits, tax filing and provide necessary documentation.
- Assist on ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the management.
