Join the dynamic team at Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as an Accounts Executive. This full-time position is based in Glenmarie, Selangor, and offers a rewarding career opportunity in the accounting industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare costing for goods received and compilation of data on freight expenses of truck shipment on monthly basis.
- To vouch and verify the payment made to Custom and assist in compiling required information related to e-Invoicing.
- Preparation of Goods in Transit transactions and inventory movement journals.
- Assist in annual stock count exercise.
- Assist in preparing Weekly Sales Forecast.
- To compile inventory forecast on monthly basis.
- Assist in quarterly budgeting process and yearly Mid Term Plan process.
- Assist in internal and external audit requirements
- Assist in other accounting, budgeting, and planning areas assigned from time to time.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
- Possess 1 year of working experience in related scope.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
