Job Responsibility

  • Data entry and tracking.
  • Preparing invoices, D/Os, vouchers and reports.
  • Ensure proper filing of documents / records.
  • General office administration.
  • Correspondence with customers and suppliers.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and other office duties.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage.
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
