Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and cash flow.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities.
  • Prepare financial reports, management reports, and supporting schedules.
  • Assist in annual audit and tax filing, including liaising with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
  • Manage and implement e-Invoice processes in accordance with LHDN guidelines, including invoice generation, submission, and compliance monitoring.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and daily banking transactions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks and ad hoc assignments as assigned by management.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL), ERP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
