Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and cash flow.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports, management reports, and supporting schedules.
- Assist in annual audit and tax filing, including liaising with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
- Manage and implement e-Invoice processes in accordance with LHDN guidelines, including invoice generation, submission, and compliance monitoring.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and daily banking transactions.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks and ad hoc assignments as assigned by management.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL), ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
