Job Responsibility

  • Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, sales performance) by the 5th of each month
  • Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, SST submission, and bank reconciliation
  • Conduct cost analysis for manufacturing, inventory, and product costing
  • Monitor cash flow, trade financing, and fund transfers
  • Ensure timely and accurate SST filings in compliance with Kastam Diraja Malaysia
  • Manage external audits, tax consultants, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN)
  • Oversee data entry accuracy and maintain proper accounts filing system
  • Support the companyâs transition to E-Invoice and ensure compliance with LHDN guidelines
  • Any other accounting or finance tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Required skills: Invoicing, Account Payable, Account Receivable
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Minimum 3â5 years of accounting experience, able to handle full set of accounts independently
  • Strong knowledge of SST, costing, financial reporting and Malaysian statutory compliance
  • Familiar with SQL and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of E-Invoice (LHDN implementation in Malaysia) is a strong advantage
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet strict deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a high level of integrity
