Your primary focus is to ensure high pressure steam boiler is operating and running in good condition at all times.

- Ensure high pressure steam boiler is operating and running in good condition at all times.
- Keep an accurate and complete log entry of the boiler operation in the log book.
- Ensure pressure and temperature are within the requirements set by PPL and CRM sections.
- Conduct visual checks of ignition, piping, electrical system and other necessary checks for any abnormal conditions.
- Ensure safety and health procedures are complied with at all times.
- Support and fully implement effective ISO 9001 - Quality Management System, ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 – Occupational, Health & safety System.
- Certified Steam Boiler Grade 1 license issued by Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH).
- Minimum 3 years as Boilerman Grade 1 in manufacturing industry and experienced in operating fire tube boiler.
- Steam boiler operation and maintenance.
- Basic boiler electrical and mechanical trouble-shooting skills.
