Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing and issuing letter, statement, delivery note, credit note and invoice.
- Liaising with debtor.
- Preparation and periodic review of all necessary reports.
- Follow up payment.
- Handle full set of Account Receivable.
- Responsible for monthly billing and reconciliation.
- Process credit notes and debit notes for any adjustments.
- Other basic accounting task.
Requirement
- The position is based in Marrybrown Headquarters, Johor Bahru.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent in related field.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 years of working experience in related field.
- Experience in autocount will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skill may be required.
