ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Description
- To prepare weekly collection/ debtor aging reports,weekly forecast,financial and business
related analyses
- To monitor and conduct periodic review on collection performance against debtors
and the target set
- Responsible for analyzing payment patterns
- To work closely with Sales Department on approving and monitoring credit limits and
payment terms
- To assist with develop, maintain and documentation of credit policy and procedures
(SOPs) related to collections.
- To interact with customers via telephone and site visitations to promote goodwill and to
provide assistance.
- To initiate legal action on non performing customers with support of company’s panel
lawyers.

Job Requirement

- Degree or Diploma, with similar working experiences.
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills and team work.
- Able to read and write in Malay and English,added advantages if able to read
and write in Chinese.
