MARKETING EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Implement Sales and Marketing strategies with the objective of achieving sales targets and providing high level customer satisfaction to continuously position the business unit to be the market leader.
2. Proactively grow existing customers as well as to develop new sales opportunities.
3. Assist in new inquiries – Preparation of Costing, Submission of Quotation and follow-up on the status with prospects.
4. Identify prospects and evaluate their position in the industry, researching and analyze sales options.
5. Co-ordinate with customers and respective Factory Department towards their inquiries (new packaging request, new sample, new product and etc.
6. Support New Product Development, Tradeshow, Demonstration or any of Company Event such as workshop, training and etc.
7. Perform market research and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
8. Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects, recommending solutions
9. Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information and service improvements
10. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
11. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
12. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
13. Willing to travel local and international destination on work assignment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Candidate must possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
2. Preferably with at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
3. Possess positive work attitude, initiative, independent, self-motivated and a good team player.
4. Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin and Malay language.
5. Good communication via Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
6. Willing to travel local and international destination on work assignment
