Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting, such as accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL) & profit and loss (P&L)
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Collect, analyses and report sales-related information to increase sales productivity
- Prepare and manage sales performance tracking report
- Collate information and report on daily/weekly/monthly sales figures
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting accounting practices.
- To liaise with Finance & Sales Heads for performance updates etc if any
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, and training is provided.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Required language(s): English & Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Willing to work at Kuchai Lama
