Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for account receivables and account payables function

· Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, statement of account for debtors and creditors, and other supporting schedules for month-end closing

· Record payment received and match against the debtors aging

· Review monthly debtors aging

· Prepare payment vouchers

· Data entry and document filing

· Other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time

· Requirements:

· Must possess at least a STPM or Diploma in Accounting

· Must have a least 2 years of working experience in related field

· Required MS skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin

· Able to work independently and work in a team

· Applicant must be willing to work in Georgetown

· Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply

· Possessing an accounting professional qualifications is an advantage

· Knowledge in AutoCount Accounting Software is an advantage

Working Hours

Monday to Friday ( 8.45 a.m to 6.30 p.m)
