Job description:

1) Handle full set of accounts.

2) Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements and reports.

3) Perform monthly bank, creditor and debtor reconciliations.

4) Checking accounting documents and process payments.

5) Maintain daily and up-to-date accounting records and filing.

6) Preparation of accounting schedules.

7) Assist in the company budgeting and forecasting.

8) Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, bankers and regulatory authorities.

9) To carry out any other duties, responsibilities and ad hoc assignments whenever required.

Requirements:

1) Minimum Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
2) At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
3) Able to work with own initiative with minimum supervision.
4) Computer literate and familiar with accounting software.
5) Hardworking, disciplined and good attitude.
