Job Responsibility
- Networking with potential clients and sales personnel to establish and maintain relationships which lead to new business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing business development strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with sales personnel to convert leads into clients and providing them with necessary tools and insights.
- Conducting presentation physically or virtually to potential prospects on industry trends, product knowledge and related skills.
- Analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
- Working closely with the team to analyze the effectiveness of business development efforts, making adjustments as needed to improve results.
- Posses leadership skills, aggressive, self-discipline
- Business quadrant mindset, positive thinking behaviour
- Excellent communication and customer service skills .
- Good sales and negotiation skills with English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- A confident and positive attitude in a professional manner.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
