Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our Account and Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing/development/construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, coordinating with local authorities for permits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with local authorities for permits and other regulatory requirements related to manufacturing/construction/developer projects.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Provide support during audits and regulatory inspections.
• Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agent, lawyer and banker.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA or related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry or development sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, adept in both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
