  • To prepare debtor aging report and reminder letters for the customers.
  • To update supplier’s invoice in the computerized system and prepare payment for supplier
  • To monitor and audit stock take activity
  • Assist to perform clerical duties such as proper filing system for accounts related documents
  • Assist to maintain and update accounts relation information and documents.
  • Handle all sort of daily accounting work.
  • Perform all related book keeping duties and keeps in proper accounting filing systems.
  • In charge of office administration works.
