Job Responsibility

• Build Connections
  
  

Create and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking. Understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Leads Generation
  
  

Actively look for and qualify new business opportunities through research, referrals, and outreach. Develop ways to attract and engage potential clients to grow the sales pipeline.

• Manage Leads
  
  

Keep organized records of leads in the CRM system. Track interactions and follow up regularly to move leads through the sales process and convert them into customers.

• Communicate Clearly
  
  

Give engaging presentations and explain the benefits of our products clearly. Adjust your communication style to connect with clients and build trust.

• Achieve Goals
  
  

Set and reach sales targets, using data to evaluate your performance and improve strategies. Show determination and adaptability to overcome challenges and achieve great results.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of work experience in telesales / customer service or relevant sales experience
• Strong communication in English Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with persuasive and confident telephone manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of team
• Positive attitude and resilience in sales environments
