Job Responsibilities
• Handling all client monthly invoices & financial report
• Assists senior in the analysis & extraction of various accounting data for reporting to management-
• Perform daily & weekly checking of statement in the system- Supervise in daily system activities for client account
• Monitoring and update on cash flow forecast
• Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least, a Secondary /Diploma in Account/Finance/Others or equivalent.
• Able to write and speak in Mandarin is added advantage, English
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• At least 2 years working experience
• Meticulous, responsible, hardworking, initiative and able to work independently
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and UBS Accounting Software
