Account Executive (Receivable) / F&B Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of account.
• Hand on experience in handling AR and updating daily collection into the financial system accurately and promptly.
• To assure adherence to the Company’s policies, procedures and practices.
• Ensure compliance with related statutory requirements.
• Supervised accounting staff as required. Provides guidance, advice and support to direct reports to ensure issues are resolved and addressed appropriately in a timely fashion
• Prepare inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliation and monthly schedule Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, email correspondence, and document management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Professional Degree in Accountancy.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in supervisory level, preferable in Food Manufacturing and retailer industry.
• Meticulous, independent and good communication skill.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
