Qualifications & experience
- Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized files and records of financial documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper financial management and reporting.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor budgetary performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct financial forecasting to assist in long-term planning.
- Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow to ensure liquidity.
