PA to Technical Director

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Technical Director at Weida Integrated Industries Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of the Technical Director's day-to-day duties.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the Technical Director's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments
• Prepare and organise meeting agendas, presentations and other supporting materials
• Handle all incoming communications, including screening and prioritising emails, calls and correspondence
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Provide general administrative support, such as filing, documentation and data entry
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering/Science
• Good analytical and computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, able to speak in Chinese
• Pleasant personality, good team player and good communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Meticulous, willing to multi task and able to work under pressure.
• Some experience in project management or project tendering will be added advantage
