- Accounting data entry and day to day accounting matters
- Manage accounts receivable and collections
- Manage accounts payable and other payments
- Ensure proper filing of accounts and supporting documents
- Reconcile of accounts, including bank and credit card statements, accounts payable and receivable
- Reports – Debtors aging, creditor aging, project closing
- Manage foreign currencies and other financial instruments
- Update and maintain fixed assets register
- Prepare and file SST and other statutory financial obligations
- Project P&L tracking and closing
- Month end account closing
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information
- Handling ad-hoc matters or projects assigned, office administration and any other operational matters
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related professional qualifications
- 5-8 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Able to prepare full sets of accounts & handle month end closing
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in managing accounting software (e.g. AutoCount)
- Proficiency with MIcrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Words)
