Business Development/Account Manager
Candidate will responsible for developing prospects, qualifying opportunities, and closing sales, focusing on selling Qlik-based business intelligence and analytical software applications, and related implementation and training services. You should
- Have Malaysian citizenship or hold relevant residence status
- Be self-motivated with a successful track record of selling analytics, business intelligence (BI) software and/or enterprise applications such as ERP or CRM.
- Be comfortable working in complex business environments, which includes obtaining buy-in from both VP/CxO-level business managers and IT staff.
- Have at least 2-5 years of relevant sales experience, demonstrate previous success in closing opportunities in the RM100K to RM1M range and consistently exceeding quotas.
- Have excellent command of English
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop lasting relationships with new and existing customer(s)
- Prepare detailed proposals that include software and implementation services
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.
- Create effective lead generation and marketing programs to identify new markets and prospects.
Expected Salary
- Basic salary depending on related sales experience. Tiered commission scheme on 50-50 On Target Earnings.

Besides liaising with the IT department personnel, our consultants meet with the top corporate decision makers and managers of all levels, including the Chief Executives and head of departments. We have to bridge the gap between management and IT, hence it’s our job to obtain detailed management requirements, ascertain the availability of related source data and then map the requirements to the data and present it graphically in ways a decision maker can utilize. In sales, you will be expected to be the arrowhead of such an endeavor.
