ACCOUNT MANAGER

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
- Present financial reports to executive management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and strategic implications.
- Evaluate and improve accounting processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices in accounting and financial reporting processes.
- Coordinate annual audits and facilitate the timely resolution of audit findings.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management practices.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with organizational initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred)
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge tax regulations, and financial standards (e.g., Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills.
• A strong background in construction project management and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
