Account Manager

Brief Job Description:
* Responsible for sales and growth targets for the assigned customer for all Product lines
* Customer satisfaction, relationship management and ensure repeat business.
* Responsible for new opportunity analysis, Developing sales strategy to win, gain business share also winning competition accounts.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:
( This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)
* Formulate, direct and develop short, medium and long-term business plans and strategies to achieve targeted growth and maximize market opportunities.
* Achieving sales targets, collection targets, keep a track on the dispatches from factory, services to customer.
* Attend review calls with the presentation on the achievements.
* Updating all the opportunities in the systems
* Payment collection
* Responsible for Margin and Working Capital Improvements (receivables) in addition to the top line.
* Establish and maintain a robust relationship with the company's strategic clients and partners.

Qualifications:
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical preferred ; master's degree preferred
* Proven experience (9+ Years)
