Job Responsibility
- Â Ensure guestsâ needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service.
- Â Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary professionalism.
- Â Attend to guestsâ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
- Â Resolve all potential service failure issues.
- Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP & SOC are applied on daily basis
- Â Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates.
- Â Attend meetings and briefings
- Â Submit monthly paperwork to and requisite forms from respective departments.
- Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
- Â Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry.
- Â Fluent in spoken and written in English and Mandarin (in order to attend to English and Mandarin speaking guestsâ needs and complaints promptly and politely.)
- Â Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build lasting relationships with guests.
- Â Basic competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Â Possess good initiative and leadership skills.
