Account Payable Finance Analyst

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Matching invoices & communicate with buyers, suppliers & requestor in order to settle PO & invoicing issue
• Prepare daily & monthly payment timely
• Update/Maintain prepayment account and amortization system
• Book journal entries for AP
• Reconcile statement of accounts to ensure records are accuracy & tally with the balance
• Update & follow up prepayment PO status.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate equivalent
• Preferred with at least 2 years working experience in related job
• Possess knowledge in accounts payable
• Good in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) and spreadsheet tabulations
• Able to communicate with working partners at foreign countries
• Having a strong aptitude for numbers and extremely detail-oriented
• Able to effectively communicate with working partners at foreign countries
• Self-discipline, able to take stress and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (MUST HAVE) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts from China region.
